What is the Rapsodie Summer Club Release Weekend?
The Rapsodie Summer Club Release Weekend is our annual wine release celebration featuring the debut of five newly released wines, including our highly anticipated Rhône-style Rapsodie GSM blend. Guests enjoy wine tastings, live music, local food, art, and the relaxed atmosphere of our Santa Ynez estate.
When is the Sunstone Winery Rapsodie Summer Club Release Weekend event?
Dates: July 31–August 2
The celebration takes place throughout regular tasting room hours, with live entertainment and food trucks available on Saturday and Sunday.
What wines will be released?
Beginning Friday, July 31, guests can be among the first to taste five newly released wines, including:
- Rapsodie, our signature Rhône-style GSM blend
- Four additional new wine releases available for tasting and purchase
Wine Club Members may also pick up their quarterly wine club allocation beginning Friday.
Why is Rapsodie special?
Rapsodie is known for both its exceptional Rhône-inspired blend and its distinctive artwork. Every vintage features an original impressionist label by artist James Paul Brown, celebrating the connection between fine wine, music, and creativity.

Spend the afternoon relaxing with wine while enjoying live performances in the vineyard setting.
Saturday | Noon–4:00 PM
LiveWire performs favorite 80s rock and dance hits.
Sunday | 1:00–4:00 PM
Soul Kool brings classic soul, funk, and R&B to the estate.
Food Trucks in Santa Ynez
Three popular food vendors will be serving lunch both Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM.

- Big Jayke’s – Asian-Mexican fusion favorites
- Mangan – Authentic Filipino cuisine

Is the event open to the public?
Yes. The Rapsodie Summer Club Release Weekend is free to attend during normal business hours.
Walk-ins are welcome, although reservations are recommended for wine tastings to ensure availability.
Can’t Visit Santa Ynez Valley?
The five new wine releases will also be available beginning July 31 at our Montecito Lounge. Guests can enjoy the new releases along with live music by Bill Rotella on Saturday.
