Sausage-Making Party Brick Barn Wine Estate
Roll up your sleeves and join us for a hands-on, flavor-filled afternoon of sausage making, wine and good company.
Each ticket holder will receive 1 lb of freshly ground pork, choose your own spices and hand-case your sausages yourself. You’ll take your fresh sausages home the same day, ready for the grill.
While you work (and wait), enjoy a generous spread of house-made sausages to sample and other grilled snacks. Wine is included!
