Rapsodie Weekend- Summer Club Release
The wait is over. Our signature Rhône-style GSM blend, Rapsodie, returns for its annual release- and this year, it brings four more new wines along with it.
The Wines
All five new wines- including Rapsodie itself- debut Friday, July 31, giving you the chance to be among the very first to taste them. Wine club members: your quarterly club shipment will be ready for pickup beginning Friday as well.
The Art
Rapsodie is known as much for what’s on the bottle as what’s in it. The label features an impressionist painting of a jazz musician by artist James Paul Brown, and this year we’re celebrating that artistic spirit all weekend long. Watch artist Robin DeShayes paint live on Saturday, with additional art experiences in the works — stay tuned.
The Music
Live music on the estate both Saturday and Sunday:
- Saturday: LiveWire, an 80s rock and dance cover band (12pm to 4pm)
- Sunday: Soul Kool, bringing soul, funk, and R&B favorites (1pm to 4pm)
The Food
Three food trucks on site from 11am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday:
- Bowl & Soul — fresh bowls, wraps, and sandwiches
- Big Jayke’s — highly rated Asian-Mexican fusion
- Mangan — authentic Kapampangan Filipino cuisine
The Details
The event is free and open to the public during regular business hours. Walk-ins are welcome, though reservations are recommended.
Can’t Make It to Santa Ynez?
All five new wines will also be released at our Montecito Lounge starting July 31, with live music by Bill Rotella on Saturday.
