At Solminer, we embrace the sun’s energy, the richness of the soil, and the magic of winemaking. Our name reflects our passion for uncovering nature’s treasures in the California Central Coast. Every decision we make is personal, intentional, and rooted in “conscious farming”.
We go beyond organic. Our vineyard thrives with chickens, grazing sheep, biodynamic compost, and lunar-guided farming. Each year, as we journey around the sun, we witness the beautiful cycle of earth, vines, fruit, wine, and people coming together in harmony.
Meet the Farmers Behind the Wine
Anna & David deLaski fell in love with Santa Barbara wine country—and each other—in 2009. Inspired by Anna’s Austrian heritage and a deep love for nature, they took a leap of faith. They found a vineyard, restored a farmhouse, and built a dream. Today, Solminer is the result of their passion for natural, handcrafted wines with a unique Austrian twist.
deLanda Farm & Vineyard – A Certified Organic Dream
Named after their family, deLanda Vineyard is a true reflection of their commitment to the land. Certified Organic in 2014, Biodynamic in 2018, and Regenerative Organic in 2021, the vineyard is a living, breathing ecosystem. Bees, donkeys, native plants, and herbal teas all contribute to a thriving, balanced vineyard.

From the crisp Grüner Veltliner to the bold Blaufränkisch, every bottle tells a story. They’ve even added Muskateller, Riesling, and Syrah to their lineup. Producing only 2,000 cases a year, Solminer wines celebrate the land, the sun, and the joy of discovery.
