Great wines start in the vineyard. That’s why we work with some of the best farming teams in Santa Barbara County. Our grapes come from renowned vineyards like Tierra Alta, Rio Vista, Destiny, Thompson, White Hawk, Watch Hill, Estelle, Mora, Culpo di Fortuna, Watch Tower, and Rogue Hill. Each site brings something unique to our blends and single-vineyard wines.
SIMPLICITY IN THE CELLAR
We keep it simple — and that’s where the magic happens. Minimal intervention. Native yeast. Low sulfur. No additives or shortcuts. We let gravity do the heavy lifting and allow the wine to tell its story. We honor the vineyard by preserving what nature gave us.
