Tucked in the heart of Los Alamos, Bell’s is a cozy, French-inspired bistro with a California soul. Founded by husband-and-wife duo Daisy and Greg Ryan, both alumni of NYC’s legendary “Per Se”, Bell’s opened in 2018 and quickly became a dining darling. We’ve proudly earned a Michelin star four years running, along with nods from “Food & Wine”, “Esquire”, “Eater LA”, and more.
Daisy, our Executive Chef and Santa Ynez Valley native, brings world-class culinary chops back home—after cooking at Gramercy Tavern, Brooklyn Fare, and “Per Se”. Greg, our CEO, keeps the magic flowing in the dining room. Together, they created Bell’s as a love letter to food, hospitality, and this incredible community.
In 2021, we grew our family with Bar Le Côte in Los Olivos—a stylish seafood tavern that captures our Central Coast vibe.
Behind the scenes, we’ve got an all-star team:
