Visit with miniature horses and donkeys at their respective ranches in the immediate area, and down the road a bit, the Solvang Farmer Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze provide acres of fall fun. Spend languid mornings practicing vineyard yoga, hit the Solvang Farmers Market for afternoon nourishment, stroll through fields of local lavender, or arrange for an al fresco, organic olive oil tasting at Olive & Lavender. If it’s not on the farm, it’s not in the food at Solvang’s peasants FEAST, and back at the Inn, cozy up fireside, indoors, or under soft blankets on the porch.
