Top Chef Winner Rhoda Magbitang’s Gathering Hour
As golden hour settles over the valley, Chef Rhoda Magbitang returns to Mattei’s Tavern for an intimate homecoming following her success on Bravo’s Top Chef Season 23. Returning to the place where she helped shape a new culinary identity, Rhoda brings her journey full circle, weaving together the flavors and stories of her Filipino heritage, her current chapter at Mauna Lani’s CanoeHouse, and the farms and seasons of California’s Central Coast.
Inspired by the Hawaiian tradition of Pau Hana, guests are invited to gather as Rhoda prepares seasonal small bites, sharing techniques, personal tales, and the creative process behind her celebrated cuisine along the way.
