Following a warm, private welcome, discover Tyler’s unique philosophy, as he guides you through the delicate art of winemaking. Explore the relationship between structure, texture, aromatics, and acidity as you taste individual varietals in preparation for creating your own signature blend. Enjoy a curated selection of cheeses and charcuterie with light bites as you compose your own cuvée and customize a private label.
