A Blind Tasting of Cabernet Sauvignon

A Blind Tasting of Cabernet Sauvignon

At our last blind tasting, guests compared six Pinot Noirs without seeing a single label. When the votes were counted, Lucas & Lewellen’s Pinot Noir claimed both 2nd and 3rd place against wines priced from $60 to more than $100 per bottle.

On October 16, we’re raising the stakes in honor of Vintners Festival Weekend and putting our Cabernet Sauvignon to the test.

Six Cabernet Sauvignons. One blind tasting. No one knows what’s in their glass until the final reveal, not even the owners and winemaker. The only rule is that every wine must be more expensive than the included Lucas & Lewellen Vineyards wine.

Can we do it again?

There’s only one way to find out.
