At Dreamcôte Wine Co., we’re all about low alcohol, low sulfur wines and hard ciders that are anything but ordinary. We specialize in carbonic red wines like Gamay and pét-nat sparkling wines that will surprise and delight. We even make hard apple cider from the fruit and botanicals grown right on our small farm in Ballard, CA. Each vintage, our tasting lineup changes to keep things fresh and fun.
Our journey began in 2012 with a super bright, off-dry Riesling, perfect for pairing with spicy Thai food. Now, we produce 1,000 cases of wines and ciders each year, including experimental, small-batch varieties like Pinot Noir, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cab Franc, and of course, Gamay. We love to push the boundaries of traditional winemaking and bring you something new, like undisgorged pét-nat bubbles and cider made from hops and herbs we grow ourselves.
Our wines and ciders are made for everyday enjoyment—easy to sip with blue-collar dishes like burgers, tomato sandwiches, or whatever you’ve got in the fridge. We want you to enjoy them right away, not let them sit in your cellar. Life’s too short to wait for a special occasion!
