Welcome to Future Perfect Wine, where every bottle is a reflection of passion, sustainability, and the boundless beauty of Santa Barbara County wine country. Winemaker Sunny Doench Stricker handcrafts limited-production wines from hand-harvested grapes grown in exceptional local vineyards that practice sustainable, organic, and biodynamic farming.
Future Perfect celebrates the diverse microclimates of Santa Barbara County—recognized as Wine Enthusiast’s 2021 Wine Region of the Year—by creating an expressive lineup that includes Rosé of Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc, Dry Riesling, Grenache Noir, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and two Méthode Champenoise sparkling wines: Sparkling Rosé and Blanc de Blanc.
Each vintage captures a moment in time and the promise of what’s to come. As Sunny puts it:

HOLIDAYS
Our Annual Future Perfect Holiday Maker’s Market will be held Saturday, December 5th from 3-5pm at the tasting room. Local vendors will sell their beautiful and/or delicious creations as a festive preparation for the Los Olivos tree lighting that evening.
Also, Future Perfect’s Tasting Room will be open, as usual, on Thanksgiving Day until 3pm
and ALL DAY 11am – 5pm on:
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
We’re proud to provide a fun and celebratory place for those without a place to go or who wanna pop in before, after, or in between their gatherings, or just want somewhere to bring their people once the food has settled and/or the gifts have all been opened. And people will need their Sparkling Wine, “Tiny Bubbles, Tiny Troubles,” to celebrate the Holidays & ring in the New Year!! We’ll be stocked and ready for all that, too.
