Fess Parker Winery has been a pioneer in Santa Barbara Wine Country since 1989. As one of the founding members of the Vintners Association, the winery has earned a stellar reputation for its small-lot, vineyard-designated wines, specializing in Rhône and Burgundian varietals. Fess Parker’s estate vineyard, named after his late son-in-law Rodney Shull, is highly regarded for its exceptional Rhône varietals. The vineyard has even been called “an emerging grand cru site” by wine critic Robert Parker. With long-term contracts with some of the finest vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills and Santa Maria AVAs, Fess Parker Winery also crafts remarkable Burgundian wines.
At Fess Parker Winery, we’re proud to offer unique, small-lot releases that allow us to showcase the true essence of the vineyards. One of our standout wines is the 2021 Fiddlestix Vineyard Pinot Noir. This wine, sourced from the renowned Fiddlestix Vineyard in the heart of the Sta. Rita Hills appellation, is a perfect example of our dedication to quality. Planted in 1996, this mature vineyard produces Pinot Noir with great structure and balance. Expect lively aromatics, vibrant acidity, and flavors of smoke, black cherry, and cola. It’s a true reflection of the terroir and the passion we pour into every bottle.
