Visit Carr Winery’s Bottle Aging Warehouse in the heart of Old Town Santa Ynez and experience a unique tasting room set inside our 3,800-square-foot climate-controlled wine storage facility. This working warehouse is where Carr wines are carefully waxed, bottle aged, and hand-packed into wooden crates before making their way to collectors and members around the country.
The spacious industrial setting features an open floor plan, a large U-shaped tasting bar, and comfortable booth seating that creates a relaxed yet immersive wine country experience. Guests can enjoy curated tastings, wines by the glass, and rotating wines on tap while surrounded by the behind-the-scenes atmosphere of a functioning winery warehouse.
