Stargazing Session: Geminid Meteor Shower
The sun goes down, the stars come out, and a whole new world comes into view. Join us at Skyview this winter for monthly Stargazing Sessions led by astronomy experts from Alta Vista Tours.
Once a year, the Geminid meteor shower puts on one of the night sky’s most spectacular displays. And on December 13, we’re catching it at its peak. Settle in for a front-row view, complete with a laser-guided constellation tour, the science behind shooting stars, and a closer look at real meteorites.
Tickets are $50 per person and include a welcome glass of sparkling wine and gourmet popcorn. Additional food & drink available for purchase from Norman.
Weather permitting. Winter nights can get chilly here on the hilltop, so come dressed in warm layers. Blankets will be provided.
