Join us on October 12 for our 44th Anniversary of Los Olivos Day in the Country, where our entire town celebrates how quaint and charming we really are!

The day kicks off with the town parade at 10am, featuring local dance troupes, antique cars, horses, a Grand Marshall and more – find your spot on either side of our main Grand Avenue and enjoy this small-town treat!

Afterward, enjoy roaming the more than 150 artisan vendors selling designer arts and crafts, pumpkin carving and Apple Pie Contest in the park, designated kids-zone amusements, live music, beer garden, local town shops, restaurants and tasting rooms, Wine Festival featuring award-winning Los Olivos wines and more. This family-friendly event is a true community celebration that we look forward to sharing together with thousands of guests!

Los Olivos Festival

Los Olivos’ most acclaimed festival, Day in the Country, is back! Join us for a day of vendors, specials, a small-town parade, food, wine, and beer as we celebrate Los Olivos. This family-friendly event offers a taste of simpler times, and best of all, it’s free!

Day in the Country is our most fun event of the year – a Los Olivos tradition celebrating our quaint country town.

Day in the Country Schedule:

• Small town parade – 10am
• 150 Craft Vendor and Booths – 11am
• Pumpkin Carving – 11-1pm
• Apple Pie Contest – 12 noon (rules and instructions at the link)
• Beer Garden at Fig Mtn Brew – 11am
• NEW! Kids Zone – 11am
• NEW! Los Olivos Wine Festival – 1-4pm
• Food Trucks, Live Music, Scarecrow Fest, Wine Tasting, Art Galleries, Boutiques, and more – 10-5pm

Los Olivos Wine Festival

October 12, 2024, 1-4pm

The inaugural Los Olivos Wine Festival invites you to celebrate the makers behind the wines! Located in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley wine country, the Los Olivos Wine Festival is an afternoon celebrating the best wineries in Los Olivos. This event was formerly the Wine Round Up Passport, and as we host our inaugural celebration this year with a new name, we welcome you to join us on Saturday, October 12th from 1 – 4 pm.

Held in downtown Los Olivos, in the gardens of St. Marks-in-the-Valley Church guests will enjoy as local winemakers/families showcase their globally recognized wines from Los Olivos, tasty bites, and live music entertainment.  This is a must attend event within the town’s charming Day in the County celebration! Featuring a small-town parade, pumpkin carving, apple pie contest, scarecrows, live music, beer garden, food trucks, and more – It is worth spending the whole day soaking in our idyllic wine country town.

Must be 21+ to purchase tickets and participate. Rain or shine event, no refunds.
