and writing while creating a safe space for healing and self-love. In this community focused workshop, we will encourage and empower one another fostering deeper connections with one’s self.

This event will be held outdoors in a beautiful grass lawn, located at Olive & Lavender Farms in Los Olivos.

The event will begin with writing and setting an intention of what you would like to release, restore, or ask for clarity. Moving on from writing, we will start the soundbath and energy healing meditation. Mallisa will play the sound bowls creating a peaceful environment for the meditation, as Indra moves from individuals giving healing energy. Following the meditation, we encourage everyone to write what they experienced and what came up for them during their meditation.
