Tomi Cellars is the winery project from film industry verterans Boyd Shermis and Denise Davis. It is our driven passion each year to create the finest wines possible from some of the very best vineyards on the Central Coast of California. We’ve spent the last two decades learning what it takes to make world class wines of distinction, wines that evoke place of origin. Wines that we want to drink – and wines that we hope others want to drink, too.

Wines

Since our first bottling in 2021, we’ve now released 13 new wines from 2019 through 2022. Our current releases include 2021 HDR Sta. Rita Hills La Encantada Pinot Noir, 2019 Z- Depth Ballard Canyon Syrah Reserve (aged 40 months), 2020 Ambient Light Riverbench Vineyard Albariño Reserva (Aged 30 months), plus 2020 D-Max Stanger Vineyard Tempranillo (aged 32 months) and 2022 Reflection Alta Colina Vineyard Viognier – both from Paso Robles. These all compliment our Santa Ynez Valley 2020 Persistence of Vision Grenache, 2019 Merlot, a 2021 White Balance Grenache Blanc/Roussanne blend and a 2020 Chroma Los Alamos Valley Barbera.
