On Friday, June 24, 2016, Solvang’s new fine dining establishment, First & Oak Restaurant (firstandoak.com) at the Mirabelle Inn, will host the second in a series of Wine Dinners, this one featuring local, Santa Barbara County label, Liquid Farm (liquidfarm.com). The five-course menu by Executive Chef Steven Snook, will include one of Liquid Farm’s Chardonnays paired with – or in the case of the dessert course, integrated into – each course. Liquid Farm Winemaker, James Sparks, will be on-hand to lead guests through the wine pairing portions of the evening, which presents a rare opportunity to taste through the exclusive producer’s industry-revered white wines.

Limited seating available; reservations highly recommended. The five-course dinner with wine pairings is $85.00 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity).
First & Oak is located at 409 First Street (at the corner of Oak Street), Solvang, CA 93463. First & Oak is open for dinner service seven days a week, 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM. Ample, free street parking is available in the area.
