The Chef’s Table Dinner in the Chef’s Room, a collaborative menu by Chef Julio Aguilera and Chef John Cox, follows. The six-course tasting blends ingredients from the Parker ranch with flavors inspired by Oaxaca, Mexico including products from the ranch mixed with special Heirloom Chiles and Chocolate, traditional Oaxacan specialties.
