It should go without saying…but we’re going to say it anyways: The Santa Ynez Valley is one of the best places to visit in California! And we just made it even easier to get here via a new Saturday bus service offered by Clean Air Express.
The Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG) is launching new Clean Air Express service on Saturdays that will connect the Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara with regularly scheduled transportation between these two regions for the first time. The first day of service will be Saturday, July 11 and a public launch event will be held at 9:00am at Pea Soup Andersens in Buellton before the first trip departs at 9:30am. The service will operate one round trip in the morning and one round trip in the afternoon, enabling visitors and residents to easily travel between these two regions. The first day of service on July 11th will be free to all passengers.
The new Saturday service will allow anyone in Santa Barbara to travel to Buellton, Solvang, and Los Olivos for the day, and allow anyone in Buellton and Solvang to travel to Santa Barbara for the day. For full schedule information, call (805) 692-1902 or visit the Clean Air Express website at CleanAirExpress.com. Visit the Santa Ynez Valley has worked with SBCAG, the County of Santa Barbara, the Buellton Visitors Bureau, and the Solvang Visitors Bureau as funding partners for the first year of the new Saturday service.
So join us this Saturday and enjoy what we believe is one of the best places to visit in California! You won’t regret it.
